Due to workmanship and aesthetic preferences, framed door and window frames are preferred and come in many different designs. In these designs, the part covering the wall is made larger to accommodate wall finishing tolerances; this length can reach 50-55mm. As the profile lengthens, a height difference occurs between the profile end surfaces due to both manufacturing tolerances and the inconsistent stability of the installation workmanship. Designers try to alleviate this problem by creating a channel and having a special corner miter made of sheet metal at the point where the corners meet, thus aligning the corners. However, this does not provide complete compression due to the working head of the corner miter, and because of its thin structure, it does not prevent the movement of the profile.
The detailed, specially designed zinc alloy accessories, with the help of screws, pull the profile towards themselves, aligning the corner profiles, preventing profile movement with their robust structure, shortening labor time due to their easy assembly, and ensuring consistently neat workmanship.
