In linear sliding series, interlock cover caps typically lack any sealing components between the interlock profile and the rail profile; their primary purpose is merely to conceal aesthetic defects resulting from the notch-milling process. Because they do not close the operational clearance, air and small pests can pass through these gaps. In this design, the gap between the interlock profile and the rail profile is completely sealed by utilizing extrusion-based dual-row, high-durability weatherstripping (pile weatherseals). Upon request, the cap profile can be custom-redesigned with company-specific logos or symbols, allowing you to reflect your brand on your systems at minimal cost.
