Insulation Barrier

As some may remember, at first door and window systems were produced by carpenters as wood, at one point this wood joinery production had become factory-made, at the same time windows were also made of steel profiles, garden doors are still made of steel, at first the maintenance of wood and steel was quite difficult, now with the developed protective chemicals their lifespan has increased, therefore the maintenance costs have decreased a lot, after wood joinery, joinery produced with aluminum profiles emerged, these joinery had no maintenance cost and were a long-lasting joinery system, however, since aluminum is a good conductor, it takes the cold outside as it is and sweating occurs on the profile due to the relative humidity in the room, this negative aspect made aluminum joinery unpopular, PVC door and windows, which started in the 1990s, became widespread rapidly due to their fast production, easy assembly, no maintenance costs and long life, the fact that its production is fast, practical and affordable, has enabled it to be used even in the most remote places, the PVC door and window sector, which has developed itself over time, has different colors and patterns. They are still preferred with their different thicknesses and strengths. PVC windows do have their problems, of course. No matter how many support sheets are placed inside them, they have a flexible structure and cause problems such as sagging of the wings over time, not closing completely, working differently in summer and winter. Although some problems arise from manufacturing and assembly workmanship, these can be ignored for now because other aspects outweigh them.
Although a special resin system was developed in aluminum profiles that prevents heat transfer between the inside and outside of the profiles, it could not become widespread due to some design problems and the fact that it could not enter the oven for painting. Finally, insulated profiles were published and developed with the development of the polyamide barrier system. The most widespread manufacturer, the German Technoform company, continues to expand the horizons of designers by developing very different barriers for different architectural systems. I will give the insulation barrier issue, which is one of the design criteria, through polyamide barriers.
